My Coaching Experience

The benefits of being coached by an educational expert are limitless. Coaching has enabled me to recognize and evaluate my strengths as an educator in an encouraging, confidential environment. The hallmark of each coaching session consisted of the coach listening and asking specific questions to enable me to clarify my goals and develop a strategic action plan for achieving those goals. Coaching gave me clarity of purpose, strategic focus, and a renewed confidence.

Throughout the process I have been challenged and stretched. I would highly encourage all educators to take proactive steps and make an investment in yourself. The return on your investment will impact not only your future, but the lives of those that you lead, mentor, and teach.
